Washing and Treatment 

The next stage in our process employs cutting-edge machinery for the meticulous washing and treatment of the fish skins, a crucial step in maintaining the superior quality of collagen. Initially, the skin undergoes an extensive, automated washing process, which efficiently eliminates any residual blood, scales, and impurities. This advanced cleaning technology ensures the skin is clean and ready for the next critical stage. 

Following the washing, the skins are subjected to a precise, mechanized treatment with a dilute hydrochloric acid solution. This step is far from a mere formality; it’s a pivotal process that optimally prepares the collagen fibers for extraction. The hydrochloric acid systematically removes non-collagenous proteins and fats, ensuring a pure collagen substrate.
